Can I change my shipping information?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update your information. Please email us at support@inhawbricks.com with your order number and the new address you would like us to send your Inhawbrick. Please remember that it's the customers' responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, and we do not held responsible for any lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information.
I can't find the instructions. How can I get?
Please inspect the entire packaging carefully, we provide digital instructions which you can access by scanning a QR code. Simply scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet and you will be directed to the digital instructions for your set.
In the event that you cannot find the QR code, please email support@inhawbricks.com with your order number and the specific model you require instructions for. We will be happy to assist you further and provide you with the necessary instructions.
There are missing / defective pieces on my Inhawbrick set, what do I do?
We sincerely apologize if you've encountered any issues with missing or defective pieces in your Inhawbrick set. While it's uncommon, we want to ensure that you have a complete and enjoyable building experience. If you believe there are missing pieces or if you've identified any defective parts, please follow these steps:
1. Double-check your entire set.
2. If you are certain that pieces are missing or defective, please take screenshots of the instructions, and clearly mark specific pieces that are problematic or you need.
3. Send the images, along with your order number, to us at support@inhawbricks.com. This will help us identify the issue more accurately and expedite the replacement process.
Rest assured, we'll investigate the matter promptly and provide you with the necessary missing or replacement pieces to ensure you can complete your build.
Can I expedite my order?
Please let us know by emailing support@inhawbricks.com. While we strive to process your order as quickly as possible and expedite shipment, we cannot guarantee the transit time of your package due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections or extreme weather conditions. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant delays and work diligently to minimize their impact.
I placed an order! When will I get it?
Packages are only dispatched when everything is ready;
Sometimes, manufacturers may delay the shipment time much longer than we expected.
I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on?
If it’s been over 20 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!
Notice: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and Inhawbrick is not responsible for any fees or tariffs.
